About Jay
Games have always shaped how I think, solve problems, and connect with others. Today, creating memorable experiences for players is what drives me.

Before entering the games industry, I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Physical Therapy Aide. My passion for games never faded, so in 2012 I pursued it full-time at Full Sail University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Game Design.
I immersed myself in level design, systems design, scripting, and production. The experience strengthened my understanding of what it takes to create great player experiences—and confirmed where I wanted to build my career.
At Mobile Deluxe, I became known for detailed bug reports, fast turnaround, and a strong understanding of player experience. Working across design, art, engineering, and production gave me a complete view of how games are built.
As a Game Design Intern, I contributed to three projects and had my internship extended twice to the one-year limit. My final day was also the launch of my main project, Disney Enchanted Tales.
After Full Sail, I joined Tic Toc Games and advanced through design and leadership roles. I have helped develop games for NBCUniversal, Netflix, Nickelodeon, Funko, and Hello Kitty while leading live operations, feature development, and production. Today, I serve as a Game Director—aligning teams around a shared vision and helping people do their best work.
